Shipping policy
All our items are custom-produced for you on-demand when you place an order. Delivery time to you is an amalgam of two phases:
1. Fulfilment
Once an order is placed, it is sent for production by our printing partner at one of its global warehouses. This is called "fulfilment".
To expedite production, your order will usually be fulfilled by the centre closest to your region - Los Angeles, CA, USA; Charlotte, NC, USA; Mississauga, ON, Canada; Riga, Latvia; Tijuana, Mexico or Barcelona, Spain.
Our partner also uses partner facilities in Amakusa, Japan; Victoria, Australia and Brisbane, Australia.

2. Shipping
Following fulfilment, your order will be shipped to you from the fulfilment centre. Shipping durations depend on your location. Our printer's stated usual shipping times are:

International shipping
International shipping is possible but may incur additional costs, made clear at checkout.
Delivery to locations which do not share a continent with a fulfilment centre takes longer than otherwise, and this is made clear by the above estimates.
Be aware that shipping from outside your country or continent may be subject to your national import taxes and/or customs clearance procedures, which may include delays, for which we do not accept responsibility.
COVID-19 guidance
The global print-on-demand supply chain, including both fulfilment suppliers and shipping carriers, recently experienced significant pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic.
That is a consequence of booming e-commerce demand and new safety requirements designed to protect staff and customers.
As a result, both fulfilment and shipping took longer than usual.
By August, fulfilment times were estimated to have returned to normal. Our advice to you below is guided by the latest intelligence from our print supplier:

Shipping:
Delays experienced earlier in the pandemic are now easing. However, please be advised that delays remain possible.
We will do our best to get your products to you as speedily as during normal times, but we will not issue refunds for delayed orders after fulfilment has commenced.
