Refund policy
We will not issue refunds or grant changes for orders after fulfilment has commenced.
We will not consider returns of items on the basis of a change of mind, product fit or suitability.
We will consider refunds only for defective orders, including misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
When submitting a return exchange request, we will require you send photographic documentation of the item and we will review it to determine if a refund or exchange can be given.
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
No refunds will be given for mistakes outside of our control. This includes the wrong size, color or style being ordered. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure you order the correct items.
We will send an email with details of your order immediately after it is placed. If there are any irregularities, you should contact us immediately so that we can make a change before your order is sent for production.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items agreed for return will be returned to our fulfilment partners and may need to be sent outside of your country. Successful return of items agreed for refund will be a customer obligation.
